Effective November 1, 2011, the Signature Client Services website has sunset. As a result, the Collaborative Care Center will now serve as the primary electronic channel for client communications, and the opening and monitoring of cases. We encourage those of you who have not yet experienced the benefits of C3 to log on today. For additional details on how to access C3 , please speak with your organization’s C3 administrator.
